Christine Munroe

Assistant General Manager

Christine has been a dedicated force in the hospitality industry since she was 18, discovering her passion for restaurants after college. Her extensive experience spans from hosting and back serving to various front-of-house roles, allowing her to build a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Christine stepped into leadership roles at 24, finding great fulfillment in guiding and supporting her teammates.

Christine joined the Traveler Street Hospitality team as a Service Manager at Black Lamb, where she gained valuable insights into the company’s operations. In the winter of 2022, she transitioned to Bar Mezzana as Assistant General Manager. She praises the whole Bar Mezzana team as one of the most passionate and welcoming groups she has ever worked with, making the restaurant feel like a true home.

Among Christine’s favorite recommendations is the Vacationland Sgroppino—a delightful twist on the classic cocktail featuring lemon sorbet, RAS blueberry Americano, and sparkling wine, finished with shaved lemon zest. She finds it pairs perfectly with tuna crudo and a spot on the patio.
